Residential Junior Valuer

Our Residential Valuation team is looking to recruit a Junior Valuer / Valuer to join our office in Nice.

Knight Frank France has a dedicated residential valuation team which sits within the Valuation & Advisory team, providing expert advice for prime and super prime residential properties. We value high-end property throughout France, particularly in the key locations of Paris, the French Alpes and the Côte d’Azur. Our team also provides coverage across Switzerland, Italy and some of the Caribbean islands. Properties valued include Villas, Chalets, Houses, Land, Apartments, Apartment Buildings, Private Estates, Private Islands and Châteaux. Our clients include banks, solicitors, owners, developers and investors.

Residential Junior Valuer 
Nice office

This role offers the opportunity to work on the valuation of some of the most prestigious residential properties across the French Riviera and Monaco, while collaborating with colleagues across Knight Frank's international network.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Carry out inspections of residential properties,
• Analyse technical and legal documentation,
• Research market evidence and comparable transactions,
• Perform valuation exercises and support report preparation,
• Prepare valuation reports in French and English,
• Maintain and develop residential transaction databases,
• Monitor market trends and legislative developments,
• Build relationships with clients and industry contacts,
• Support the preparation of market presentations and research materials.

Profile:

• Experience in residential valuation or related real estate disciplines,
• Excellent written and spoken French and English,
• Solid understanding of valuation principles and methodologies,
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail,
• Proactive, driven and client-focused approach,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word,
• Valid driving licence,
• Knowledge of the French Riviera and Monaco residential markets would be an advantage.
