Julien Bonnefoy,  Partner, Head of Investment Department

A graduate of Rouen business management school, Julien Bonnefoy joined Knight Frank in 1998 when he began his career in commercial real estate in the office agency  where amongst other things he worked on the group's "corporate" projects and then specialised in the investment market.

Patrick Caillaud, Partner, Office Department 

Patrick Caillaud has 20 years' experience in commercial real estate.
He specialises in marketing large schemes on behalf of private companies or
institutions on the market of La Défense and west of Paris.
He joined Knight Frank in 2006.

 Edouard Chabert, Partner, Head of Retail Department

Edouard Chabert, after postgraduate studies in economic and social law, has 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate, specialising in retail. He is currently in charge of developing the commercial department by marketing shops at the foot of apartment or office buildings, shopping centres and retail parks.

Matthew Stansfield MRICS, Partner, Head of Valuation Department

Matthew Stansfield created the valuation department in 2003. He benefits from 11 years of experience in commercial real estate. After working in London for 4 years, he has now moved to Paris where he has been for 7 years. He has a Master’s degree in valuation and property law at the City University, London, and is a graduate of the University of Surrey in commerce and French. Since 1998, he has also been a Chartered Surveyor.

Guylene Brossart,  Director, Management Department

Guylène Brossart has 20 years’ experience in managing property assets.
She joined Knight Frank in 2003.
